"My experience with this agent left me speechless and appalled to say the least. I’ve never seen a lack of professionalism or self awareness by these agents. I will not argue their ability in the professional careers but Ruthann answered my calls while trying to work with a mutual customer by yelling “Yeah” to the phone when I had answered. She then proceeded to excessively cough her lungs out in the phone to then yell out to a coworker in the same room as her. “ Why the hell am I coughing so much” and proceeded to cough what sounded like Flem. I was disgusted. After I asked a question about new or used plates for our mutual customer I was then explained for a minute and a half about why I’m wrong and New York State is right like a 5 year old. I will never do business with any place where I am tolerated. I will only conduct business where the customer is embraced. An absolute pathetic act of professionalism in all honesty. If I could give 0/5 stars I would’ve asked Google for a negative number to put in place. I hope this post doesn’t upset or offend I hope it wakes up other to what customer service is supposed to be."
